§ 404-V*2 — Distinctive plates for the United States Naval Armed Guard

* § 404-v. Distinctive plates for the United States Naval Armed Guard.\n1. Any member of the United States Naval Armed Guard residing in this\nstate shall, upon request, be issued a license plate bearing the words\n"United States Naval Armed Guard", or such other phrase as the\ncommissioner shall designate showing the registrant served in the United\nStates Naval Armed Guard. Application for such license plate shall be\nfiled with the commissioner in such form and detail as the commissioner\nshall prescribe.\n 2. The distinctive plate authorized pursuant to this section shall be\nissued upon proof, satisfactory to the commissioner, that the applicant\nis a veteran who served in the United States Naval Armed Guard and who\n(1) was honorably discharged from such service, or (2) has a qual
