§ 2269. Exemptions.
1.Fire and police vehicles are exempt from the\nprovisions of this article, except that the operator of such a vehicle\nshall be required to be licensed as provided in article nineteen of this\nchapter.\n 2. Any limited use vehicle registered pursuant to this article which\nwould be exempt from the payment of registration fees if such vehicle\nwere to be registered pursuant to title four of this chapter, shall be\nexempt from the payment of registration fees under this article.\n
