§ 2221. Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following\nterms shall have the following meanings.\n 1. Snowmobile. Any self-propelled vehicle equipped with a motor,\noriginally manufactured and designed for travel on snow or ice, steered\nby skis or runners and supported in whole or in part by one or more\nskis, belts or tracked cleats.\n 2. Cowling. The forward portion of the snowmobile usually surrounding\nthe motor and clutch assembly.\n 3. Dealer. Any person engaged in the business of selling snowmobiles\nat wholesale or retail.\n
