§ 2268. Motor-assisted vehicle. Notwithstanding any other provision of\nthis chapter, a vehicle which is primarily designed to be propelled by\nhuman power shall not be entitled to registration as a limited use\nvehicle because of the addition of a motor. The commissioner shall\ndetermine whether any vehicle is primarily designed to be propelled by\nhuman power.\n
