§ 2263. Revocation and suspension. In addition to revocation or\nsuspension of a registration pursuant to any other provision of this\nchapter, all registrations issued to a registrant pursuant to this\narticle may be revoked where the holder is convicted of a second or\nsubsequent violation committed within a period of twelve months of\nsubdivision three of section twenty-two hundred sixty-two of this\nchapter. Where a revocation is issued pursuant to this section, no new\nlimited use vehicle registration shall be issued to such person for a\nperiod of one year from the date of such revocation.\n
