§ 2262 — Limitations on registrations

§ 2262. Limitations on registrations.

1.A registration issued to a\nclass B or class C limited use motorcycle shall be valid only for\noperation on public highways in the right hand lane available for\ntraffic or upon a usable shoulder on the right side of the highway. The\nlimitation with respect to operation in the right hand lane or upon a\nusable shoulder shall not apply when preparing for a left turn at an\nintersection or into or from a private road or driveway.\n 2. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this section, a\nregistration issued pursuant to this article shall not be valid for\noperation on any public highway in violation of any state or local\nordinance, law, rule or regulation enacted or promulgated pursuant to\nthe provisions of Title VIII of this chapter proh
