  § 1705. Disposition of revenue and penalties. The Triborough bridge\nand tunnel authority shall establish and collect central business\ndistrict tolls, fees and other charges as provided in subdivision\ntwelve-a of section five hundred fifty-three of the public authorities\nlaw.\n
