Text
§ 2103. Rules of court.\n The administrative board may adopt, amend and rescind rules for the\ncourts governed by this act, not inconsistent with this act or with the\nCPLR. A copy of the rules shall be available at all times in the office\nof the clerk of each court governed by this act, and shall be published\nas directed by the administrative board.\n
