§ 1906 — Costs allowed by court

§ 1906. Costs allowed by court.\n The court may in its discretion impose costs not exceeding five\ndollars in the following cases:\n (a) Upon granting or denying a motion.\n (b) Upon allowing an amendment of a pleading.\n (c) Upon adjournment of a trial.\n
