§ 1101. Disclosure.\n (a) CPLR applicable. The procedures set forth in the CPLR relative to\ndisclosure, bill of particulars and the procuring of a copy of the items\nof an account, shall govern in this court, subject to paragraph (b).\n (b) Parties and non-parties. All notices, orders, subpoenas and other\npapers relating to disclosure may be served in any part of the county\nand shall be served by such means as would be permissible in the supreme\ncourt in a like instance.\n (c) Protective order. The protective order provided for in CPLR §\n3103 shall be available in this court with regard to all of the\nforegoing, and shall not be limited to the disclosure devices provided\nin article 31 of the CPLR.\n (d) Extra-territorial disclosure.
