§ 2604. Alternate method of submission.

1.If the county district\ncourt system is not created at the general election in nineteen hundred\nsixty-two, it may be submitted to the electors of the towns for adoption\nat any subsequent general election provided resolutions authorizing such\nsubmission are adopted by the town boards of the necessary contiguous\ntowns as hereinabove provided and certified copies thereof are filed\nwith the board of elections of the county at least one hundred twenty\ndays before such general election.\n 2. If the county district court system has been created at any general\nelection as hereinabove provided, a proposition may be submitted to the\nelectors of any town contiguous thereto for inclusion in the system at\nany subsequent general election provided a
