§ 2419. Filing of transcript of judgment with county clerk; reducing\nbond. Upon filing with the county clerk of a transcript of a judgment on\nthe bond of a marshal, the county clerk shall make a memorandum on the\nbond of the time when and the court whereby such judgment was rendered\nand the amount thereof, and he shall be entitled to a fee of fifty cents\ntherefor, which the court rendering the judgment shall have power to\ninclude therein; and the bond shall be reduced by the amount of the\njudgment.\n
