§ 1906. Costs allowed by court.\n The court may in its discretion impose costs not exceeding fifty\ndollars in the following cases;\n (a) Upon granting or denying a motion.\n (b) Upon allowing an amendment of a pleading.\n (c) Upon adjournment of a trial.\n
