§ 1509. Contempt; extension of court's process.\n In an instance where a contempt of the court has been committed, the\ncourt's process or mandate relating to the punishment of the\ncontemptuous person may be served and executed in any part of the state,\nand proceedings thereon shall follow supreme court practice.\n
