§ 102. Application of UDCA; court of record; seal.\n The jurisdiction of and practice and procedure in each district court\ngoverned by the UDCA shall be as prescribed herein, and such court shall\nbe a court of record and a part of the unified court system for the\nstate. Such court in each county shall have an official seal to be\nfurnished by the county upon which shall be engraved the words "District\nCourt of (insert name of county), New York, Seal".\n
