§ 52. Small business innovation research (SBIR)/small business\ntechnology transfer (STTR) technical assistance program.

1.The small\nbusiness innovation research/small business technology transfer\ntechnical assistance program, hereafter referred to as "the program", is\nhereby created in the corporation for the purposes of providing funds to\neligible entities to provide technical assistance to small businesses of\none hundred employees or less and located in New York state in competing\nsuccessfully for grants made available through phase I and II of the\nfederal small business innovation research program as enacted pursuant\nto the small business innovation development act of 1982, and the small\nbusiness technology transfer act of 1982, so as to increase the number\nof phase I and
