§ 13. Acquisition of real property. The corporation, upon making a\nfinding that it is necessary or convenient to acquire any real property\nfor its immediate or future use, may acquire such property in any lawful\nmanner, pursuant to the provisions of the eminent domain procedure law,\nnotwithstanding that such property may already be devoted to a public\nuse, nor shall such property thereafter be taken for any other public\nuse without the consent of the corporation.\n Prior to the commencement of condemnation proceedings, the corporation\nshall cause a survey and map to be made of the property to be condemned\nand file the same in its office.
