§ 2300. Application of this act.\n (a) All references to the "uniform city court act" or to the "UCCA" in\nany law of the state shall be deemed a reference to this act or to the\nappropriate portions thereof.\n (b) This act shall apply to each city court of the state outside the\ncity of New York; provided, however, the following, with regard to each\ncourt to which this act is applicable as herein provided, shall not be\ngoverned by this act but shall be governed by such other provisions of\nlaw as may be applicable to each such court:\n 1. All matters regarding the compensation of judges.\n 2. Matters regarding expenses of the court and matters regarding the\nduties of judges and employees of the court to account for and pay over\nfines, penalties, fees and any other monies received
