Section 11--104. Transition Provision on Change of Requirement of\n Filing.\n A security interest for the perfection of which filing or the taking\nof possession was required under Original Article 9 and which attached\nprior to the effective date of Revised Article 9 but was not perfected\nshall be deemed perfected on the effective date of Revised Article 9 if\nRevised Article 9 permits perfection without filing or authorizes filing\nin the office or offices where a prior ineffective filing was made.\n
