  § 325. Application of article. The villages and cities of this state\nshall be considered towns for the purpose of construing provisions of\nthis article relating to strays; and the trustees of the village and the\nalderpersons, council members or members of the legislative body of the\ncity shall be fence viewers therein for such purposes.\n
