§ 215-a. Postings on website of district. In addition to any public\nnotice or publication requirements of any other general, special or\nlocal law, all public notices of the district, including, but not\nlimited to, notices of public meetings and hearings, whether pursuant to\nthis chapter or any other general, special or local law, shall be posted\nin a timely manner on the websites of the district and the town in which\nthe district is located, if such websites are maintained. Copies of any\nreports of examination of the district performed by the state\ncomptroller and reports of any external audit of district operations or\nany management letter prepared in conjunction with such external audit\nreport, annual financial reports made pursuant to section thirty of the\ngeneral municipal law, when a separate report on district finances is\nprepared pursuant to such section, and any other annual reports on\ndistrict finances shall be posted in a timely manner on the websites of\nthe district and the town in which the district is located, if such\nwebsites are maintained.\n
