§ 207. Re-establishment of certain water supply districts as water\ndistricts.\n 1. The town board of any town in which a water supply district\nestablished prior to the first day of January, nineteen hundred\nthirty-four, shall exist, may re-establish any such water supply\ndistrict as a water district in the manner herein provided.\n 2. Order. The town board of any such town shall adopt an order\nspecifying the time when and place where such town board will meet to\nconsider whether such water supply district shall be re-established as a\nwater district and describing the boundaries of the water supply\ndistrict to be so re-established.\n 3. Notice. Notice of such hearing shall be given in the manner\nprovided in section one hundred ninety-three for giving notice of\nhearings upon p
