§ 190-f. Additional powers of sewer districts. Notwithstanding any\nother provision of law a sewer district may also exercise all the powers\nof a wastewater disposal district if the map and plan prepared pursuant\nto section one hundred ninety-c of this article includes on-site\nwastewater disposal systems.\n
