§ 154-A — Physical examinations
§ 154-a. Physical examinations. The town board may, from time to time,\nprovide, by resolution, for the physical examination of any or all\nmembers of the police department by a duly qualified physician\ndesignated by the town board. The costs of such examinations shall be a\ntown charge.\n
