§ 140. Definitions. As used in this article: The term,\n"self-supporting improvements" shall mean any dock, pier, wharf, bathing\nbeach or recreational facility and parking areas in connection\ntherewith, established pursuant to this article from which revenues are\nobtained by the imposition and collection of rates, fees, tolls or\nadmissions.\n
