§ 107. Contents of preliminary budget.

1.The preliminary budget\nshall be in the format prescribed by the state comptroller. The\npreliminary budget shall show by funds (a) proposed appropriations and\nestimated revenues in accordance with the classification of accounts\nprescribed by the state comptroller pursuant to article three of the\ngeneral municipal law, (b) estimated fund balances, together with a\nbreakdown of such fund balance estimated for encumbrances, amounts\nappropriated for the ensuing fiscal year's budget, amounts reserved for\nstated purposes pursuant to law, including reserve funds established\npursuant to the general municipal law, and the remaining estimated\nunappropriated unreserved fund balance for each fund, provided that the\nremaining estimated unappropriate
