* § 402. Council membership.

1.The council of transportation\ncoordinating committees is hereby created and shall have as voting\nmembers:\n (a) the Westchester county executive;\n (b) the Putnam county executive;\n (c) the chairman of the Rockland county legislature;\n (d) the Nassau county executive;\n (e) the Suffolk county executive;\n (f) the chairman of the New York city planning commission,\nrepresenting the mayor of the city of New York;\n (g) the commissioner of the New York city department of\ntransportation, representing the mayor of the city of New York;\n (h) the chairman of the metropolitan transportation authority; and\n (i) the commissioner of the New York state department of\ntransportation.\n The foregoing representation of the participating units of governme
