§ 251. Codification of changes. The commissioner shall prepare or\ncause to be prepared for the submission to a session of the legislature\na codification of the laws relating to the functions, powers and duties\nof the public service commission or the department of public service as\namended, repealed or modified and other acts related thereto and such\nother measures as may be appropriate to effectuate the purposes of this\narticle and such acts.\n
