§ 2. Classification of transportation corporations. A transportation\ncorporation shall be either,\n 1. A gas corporation, an electric corporation or a gas and electric\ncorporation.\n 2. A telegraph corporation, a telephone corporation or a telegraph and\ntelephone corporation.\n 3. A water-works corporation.\n 5. A ferry corporation.\n 6. A pipe line corporation.\n 7. A freight terminal corporation.\n 8. A district steam corporation.\n 9. Sewage-works corporation.\n
