§ 117. Approval by department of health. A local governing body shall\nnot consent to the establishment of a sewage-works corporation in any\nmunicipality unless there shall first be filed with the department of\nhealth, or city, county, or part-county department of health having\njurisdiction, maps and specifications of the proposed system and such\ndepartment shall have given its approval thereof.\n
