§ 105. Merger or consolidation of freight terminal corporations and\nother corporations formed for the purpose of engaging in business in\nwhich a freight terminal corporation may engage. Any two or more\ndomestic freight terminal corporations may merge or consolidate with\neach other, and any such corporation may merge or consolidate with any\nother domestic corporation formed for the purpose of engaging in any\nbusiness in which a domestic freight terminal corporation may engage, in\naccordance with the procedure and with the effect set forth in article\nnine of the business corporation law.\n
