§ 2022. Manner of execution of instruments by the tax appeals\ntribunal. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, whenever a statute\nauthorizes or requires the tax appeals tribunal to execute an\ninstrument, such instrument shall be executed by affixing the name of\nsuch tribunal and, underneath such name, it shall be signed by one or\nmore of the members of such tribunal or by the secretary to such\ntribunal, and the seal of such tribunal shall be affixed. No\nacknowledgment of the execution of any such instrument shall be\nnecessary for the purpose of the recordation thereof or for any other\npurpose.\n
