§ 11. State agencies to cooperate. Agencies of this state which shall\nhave jurisdiction over, or be charged with the administration of, any\nstate-owned lands, and of any county, or other governmental subdivision\nof the state, which shall have jurisdiction over, or be charged with the\nadministration of, any county-owned, or other publicly owned lands,\nlying within the boundaries of any district organized hereunder may\ncooperate with the directors of such districts in the effectuation of\nprograms and operations undertaken by the directors under the provisions\nof this chapter.\n
