* § 502. Disclosure of automated decision-making tools by government\nagencies. Any government agency that utilizes an automated\ndecision-making tool, as defined in section five hundred one of this\narticle, shall publish a list of such automated decision-making tools on\nsuch government agency's website no later than the thirtieth of December\nnext succeeding the date on which this section takes effect, and\nannually thereafter. Such disclosure shall include:\n 1. a description of the automated decision-making tool utilized by\nsuch government agency;\n 2. the date that the government agency use of such automated\ndecision-making tool began;\n 3. a summary of the purpose and use of such automated decision-making\ntool; and\n 4. any other information deemed relevant by the agency.\n
