§ 205. Access to personal information. Except as otherwise provided by\nlaw, a state agency shall provide users with access to all personal\ninformation pertaining to such user which has been collected through its\nstate agency website. Access to such personal information and the\nopportunity to request correction or amendment of such personal\ninformation shall be provided to users in the manner provided for access\nto and correction or amendment of personal information under section\nninety-five of the public officers law. A state agency shall provide a\nuser access to such personal information via the internet when such\naccess is feasible and only if that access can be provided in a secure\nmanner.\n
