§ 52-c. Governor may execute deed or release with sundry reservations;\nStony Lonesome and range areas, West Point Military Reservation. 1.\nNotwithstanding section fifty-seven of this article, the governor is\nhereby authorized to cede to the United States full concurrent\njurisdiction over the tracts of land comprising the Stony Lonesome and\nrange areas outside the Stony Lonesome and Thayer gates, United States\nMilitary Academy, West Point Military Reservation, excluding U.S. route\n9W and state routes 218 and 293, acquired by the United States for\nmilitary purposes upon conditions that the jurisdiction so ceded should\nnot prevent the execution on such tracts of any process, civil or\ncriminal, issued under the authority of this state, nor prevent from\noperating within the bounds
