§ 91-B — Boating noise level enforcement fund

§ 91-b. Boating noise level enforcement fund. 1. There is hereby\nestablished in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the\ncommissioner of taxation and finance a fund to be known as the boating\nnoise level enforcement fund.\n 2. Such fund shall consist of all fines and forfeitures collected\npursuant to section forty-four of the navigation law and required to be\ndeposited to this fund, and all other moneys credited or transferred\nthereto from any other fund or source pursuant to law.\n 3. Moneys of the fund shall be available only for the payment of state\naid pursuant to the provisions of section seventy-nine-b of the\nnavigation law for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of section\nforty-four of such law.\n
