§ 215. Responsibilities of commissioner of economic development,\ncomptroller, commissioner of taxation and finance and superintendent of\nfinancial services.
1.The commissioner of economic development shall\nadminister the program pursuant to section two hundred nineteen of this\narticle, including all decisions with respect to the application and use\nof the program for eligible projects; market and promote the program\npursuant to section two hundred twenty-three of this article; after\nconsulting with the comptroller, the commissioner of taxation and\nfinance and the superintendent of financial services, issue rules and\nregulations for the operation of the program pursuant to section two\nhundred twenty-four of this article.\n 2.
