§ 135-A — Definitions
§ 135-a. Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless otherwise\nindicated, the term "small business concern" shall mean a business which\nis resident in this state, independently owned and operated, not\ndominant in its field and employs one hundred or less persons.\n
