§ 32. Reciprocal agreements. The department is authorized to enter\ninto reciprocal agreements with corresponding state agencies of other\nstates regarding interstate transportation of dependent and indigent\npersons, and to arrange with the propert officials in this state for the\nacceptance, transfer and support of persons receiving public assistance\nand care in other states in accordance with the terms of such reciprocal\nagreements, but this state shall not nor shall any county or other\npolitical subdivision of this state be committed to the support of\npersons who are not, in the opinion of the department, entitled to\npublic support by the laws of this state.
