§ 250. Declaration of object; definitions.

1.In order for the state\nto receive federal aid under title six of the federal social security\nact, rehabilitation and other services shall be furnished in accordance\nwith the provisions of this title to help needy persons who are\nsixty-five years of age or older, are blind, or are disabled to attain\nor retain capability for self-support or self-care or to prevent or\nreduce dependency.\n 2. When used in this title, services shall be construed to include,\nbut not be limited to, protective services, health-related services,\nself-support services for the handicapped, homemaker services,\nhousekeeping services, special services for the blind, housing\nimprovement and assistance services, home delivered meals, home\nmanagement and other fun
