§ 910. Annual account of internee's estate\n 1. Except as provided in subdivision 2 a temporary administrator of an\ninternee's property must annually within 30 days after the anniversary\nof his or her appointment, as long as any of the internee's property or\nof the proceeds thereof remains under his or her control, file in the\ncourt an account in similar manner and form as provided in 1719 and the\nsame shall be verified and examined as provided in 1720 and 1721.\n 2. Where the temporary administrator omits to file an account as\nrequired under subdivision 1 or where it appears that the account is\ndefective, proceedings may be taken as prescribed in 1722.\n 3.
