§ 313. Manner of giving notice when not otherwise prescribed\n Whenever the manner of giving notice is not otherwise prescribed, the\ncourt may direct both as to the form of notice and the manner and time\nof service thereof. Such direction may be indicated on the process or\nendorsed upon the application with the same force and effect as if\nincorporated in an order.\n
