§ 2702 — Proceedings upon remittitur
§ 2702. Proceedings upon remittitur.\n Remittitur from the appellate court to this court shall also be as\nprovided in the CPLR, except that any decree or order to be entered in\nthis court upon the remittitur shall be as directed by the court.\n
