§ 1006. Failure to qualify\n The court must upon application of any person interested, a public\nadministrator, the chief fiscal officer of the county, or creditor\nrequire an administrator designated by it to receive letters to qualify\nwithin a time specified and direct that in default thereof he be deemed\nto have renounced his appointment.\n
