§ 164 — Payment of supplemental pensions

§ 164. Payment of supplemental pensions. On or before the last day of\neach month, there shall be paid to each state retired employee and state\nretired teacher, from the supplemental pension fund, the monthly\nsupplemental pension payment to which he may be entitled under the\nprovisions of this article.\n
