§ 312. Orders of the commissioner of transportation. In addition to\nits other powers under this article, the commissioner of transportation\nshall have power, after a hearing held in his discretion, on his own\nmotion and on reasonable notice, to make and file such orders as he may\ndeem necessary or appropriate to direct a corporation which is or has\nbeen a railroad redevelopment corporation to comply with any of the\nterms and conditions contained in its certificate of approval or with\nany provisions of this article which the commissioner of transportation\nfinds are not being complied with by such corporation.\n
