§ 309. Reports to the commissioner of transportation. In addition to\nany reports which railroad corporations are required to file with the\ncommissioner of transportation pursuant to the transportation law, a\nrailroad redevelopment corporation shall file monthly reports with the\ncommissioner of transportation, within sixty days after the close of\neach month, setting forth a detailed statement of the results of\noperations in the twelve-month period ending with the close of said\nmonth, including all items referred to in section three hundred six and\nthe amounts actually expended during said period on its improvement and\nrehabilitation program.\n
