§ 810. Statement to be forwarded to commissioner. On or before the\nfirst day of February in each year, the clerk of the board of\nsupervisors, shall transmit to the commissioner, in the form prescribed\nby it, a statement for the preceding calendar year showing the aggregate\nassessed and full valuation of the taxable real property in, and the\ncounty equalization rate for, each city and town in the county as\ndetermined by the county equalization agency. The time for transmitting\nsuch statement may be extended by the commissioner for good cause shown\nby the clerk of the board of supervisors.\n
