§ 1550 — Minimum qualification standards for county directors of real property tax services and appraisal personnel

§ 1550. Minimum qualification standards for county directors of real\nproperty tax services and appraisal personnel. 1. The commissioner shall\nestablish for counties to which this article applies minimum\nqualification standards for appointments to the position of county\ndirector of real property tax services and other administrative\npositions having professional appraisal duties relating to the\nassessment of real property for purposes of taxation. Such standards\nshall be set forth in rules and regulations promulgated by the\ncommissioner.\n 2. The commissioner shall provide training programs in accordance with\nthe provisions of this title. Counties shall cooperate with the\ncommissioner in providing such programs.\n
